The 4th of April 2025 marked the official handover of the newly completed two-storey, 6 classroom Special Education Unit at Sperrinview School in Cookstown.

Delivered as main contractor on this first-of-its-kind permanent modular build for the Education Authority (NI), we’re proud to see it completed to such a high standard — a truly meaningful project for all involved.

This new facility expands on the existing school, which already included a previous SEN classroom delivered by our team, and continues to support inclusive, purpose-built learning environments.
