The client required JDC to manufacture and install classroom blocks involving specialist accessibility equipment, such as hoists and accessible bathroom equipment.
We incorporated the design with construction of new steel framed prefabricated buildings. The project involved all associated site works, and the site installation of new prefabricated modular building.
The external works, internal fittings and finishes are included in our package of works, as per the clients’ specification.
Our fit out involved:
- Various floor finishes
- Suspended ceiling grid and tiles
- Internal room fittings
- Mechanical and Electrical Works
- Sanitary and drainage installations
- Erection of fencing
- Car parking areas
Due to part of this project taking place during a live environment, the utmost care had to be taken to ensure that the building users and the general public’s safety was never compromised.
