This project involved the manufacture and installation of a two-storey steel framed modular building and its associated site works, based within the headquarters of Irish Rail, Dublin. With the total floor area of the building exceeding 1200m2, the project was the provision of a building comprising of multiple offices, meeting rooms, kitchen areas, toilet facilities and shower areas. Whilst the associated site works encapsulated the foundations, fencing, drainage and car parking facilities. The planning process was essential to ensure there was no disruption to existing users and to coordinate deliveries and site traffic whilst ensuring smooth progression of the project works.

This project was a full turnkey project which included Kingspan insulated panels to the roof and external walls and an internal finish of suspended ceilings and painted walls.

There were high spec mechanical and electrical installations such as door access, fire alarms, platform lifts and roof platforms to facilitate air conditioning units.

The project was handed over within programme, budget and to the utmost satisfaction of all parties involved.
