This 950 sq.m modular build consists of two standalone buildings, thoughtfully designed to enhance student learning experiences and support staff in delivering specialised education.

✅ Two classrooms per building – custom-designed for SEN learning, creating a structured and supportive environment.
✅ 60 sq.m soft play areas – each featuring a canopy-covered outdoor space to encourage active play in all weather conditions.
✅ Dedicated sensory rooms – including a calming light room to support sensory development and relaxation.
✅ Secure 1.8m gated fencing – providing a safe and enclosed outdoor space for students.
✅ Individual pupil toilets and class stores – ensuring accessibility and convenience within each classroom.
✅ Laundry rooms – supporting day-to-day school operations and hygiene needs.
✅ Staff kitchen and office space – offering a comfortable and functional workspace for school staff.
✅ Medical room – ensuring on-site care facilities for students as required.
