We were appointed by Somerset Council to deliver the design and build of a new 245m² modular nursery facility, including all associated groundworks and external works, creating a modern, welcoming environment for early years education and childcare.
This project marked our first successful delivery under the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Framework, demonstrating our ability to provide high-quality modular education facilities through compliant public sector procurement routes.
The new nursery building was carefully designed to maximise both functionality and comfort, providing a bright, open-plan learning environment that supports children’s development and day-to-day operations.
Location
Alongside the modular building installation, our team completed all associated groundworks and site infrastructure works, ensuring the facility was fully operational and ready for occupation upon handover.
The completed nursery provides a high-quality, energy-efficient educational environment that meets the needs of children, staff, and the local community, while showcasing the speed, flexibility, and sustainability benefits of modern modular construction.
