JDC Building Works is proud to have successfully delivered a modular construction project at Edenderry Primary School, providing modern, high-quality educational facilities designed to support the needs of both pupils and staff for years to come.
The project involved the design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of a new modular building, creating a contemporary learning environment that enhances the school’s educational provision while maintaining a safe and efficient construction process.

The completed works included:
- New modular classroom accommodation
- Specialist provision facilities
- Covered outdoor play area
- Refurbishment of toilet facilities within the existing school building
- Outdoor sensory spaces and educational trails for pupils
To complement the new facilities, a range of external infrastructure improvements were also completed, including:

Details
The installation process required the careful transportation, crane lifting, and precise positioning of each modular unit.
