Celebrating the successful handover of our bespoke SEN Build.

This 400 sq.m development provides specialised facilities designed to create an inclusive and supportive environment for pupils with additional needs:

– Two SEN Classrooms connected by a central lobby, each with a dedicated 𝟱𝟬 𝘀𝗾. 𝗺 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮 for outdoor activities.

– Accessible bathrooms and hygiene rooms in each classroom, equipped with specialised features, including a ceiling-mounted hoist system for enhanced accessibility.

– Dedicated carpeted sensory rooms to provide a calm and engaging space for students.

– Each classroom includes integrated storage and a kitchen section with sinks to support day-to-day learning activities.

– A shared lobby connecting the classrooms leads to a staff utility room with a fully fitted kitchen and a wheelchair accessible staff toilet.

– The entire build is securely enclosed with 1,800 mm black fencing at the rear and sides, while the front opens onto the playground.
