At Saint Joseph’s College, Belfast, we designed, manufactured, and installed a two-storey, steel-framed modular building comprising four fully equipped classrooms, with a total floor area of 414 m². The result is a modern, air-conditioned teaching facility that delivers bright, comfortable, and engaging learning spaces.

The building was handed over with a complete turnkey finish, including full decoration, high-quality fixtures and fittings, and the integration of contemporary IT systems and interactive teaching aids. To support accessibility and safety, the facility includes a lift for users with mobility needs as well as external staircases to provide compliant emergency exits.

Despite the challenges of a restricted and fully operational site, the project was completed safely, on schedule, and under budget. Additionally, the modular design ensures that the entire building can be fully relocated if future school requirements change.
