We are seeking a skilled ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐ฟ to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for management of all aspects of tender processes leading through to construction phase of modular projects – working closely with our Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

โข Preparation of project costings for tenders with analysis of aspects such as materials, quantities, labour and time – maintaining records throughout.
โข Negotiation of contracts and work schedules.
โข Management of the financial aspects of projects, including cost control and reporting.
โข Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
โข Conduct risk, value management, and cost control.
โข Advise on procurement strategy.

โข Bachelorโs degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
โข Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (modular would be beneficial).
โข Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
โข Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
โข Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
