Yard Coordinator | Construction

JDC Building Works Ltd., a leader in modular construction, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Yard Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to supporting our innovative construction projects by ensuring the efficient management of materials and smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving goods: Unload deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure materials meet purchase order specifications.
• Stock management: Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock systems as needed.
• Storage organisation: Organise and store materials systematically to facilitate easy access and efficient usage.
• Order fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch with precision and timeliness.
• Safety compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
• Equipment operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to handle materials effectively.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and ensure project deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• A clean driving licence.
• Forklift training (preferred).
