Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location:
- Cookstown, Co. Tyrone.
- Projects throughout Ireland and the UK.
Salary:
- Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Experience:
- BSc Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience in the modular construction industry.
Role:
- Administration of Contracts including supplier & subcontractor contracts
- Submit valuations on a monthly basis/ agreement of interim payments.
- Procurement of materials & engaging subcontractors including preparation of sub-contractor orders and subcontracts
- Co-ordinate subcontractor tender responses and provide full comparisons of all quotes.
- Ability to manage subcontractors accounts/ process, review subcontractor payments/ claims.
- Budget control/ material management reviews
- Client & sub-contractor interim payments & negotiation experience of final accounts
- Can demonstrate a good working knowledge of site operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
