Project Manager

At JDC Building Works Ltd, we have an excellent job opportunity available for a Project Manager who has ambitions to join a progressive company and contribute to exciting projects, while advancing their career 

Location: 

  • Cookstown, Co. Tyrone.
  • Projects throughout Ireland and the UK.

Salary: 

  • Negotiable depending on experience

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as contracts manager, quantity surveyor or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing commercial projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in the modular construction industry.

Role:

  • Manage entire jobs from design to completion, as well as all relevant handover documentation.
  • Manage scheduling, programme and budget.
  • Manage all stages of projects, monitoring the works to ensure they are in line with predetermined budget and expenditure.
  • Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Opportunity for other duties and roles, as per direction from management.
