We are seeking an experienced 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our expanding team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overseeing of planning, execution, and completion of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget in accordance with crucial health and safety standards.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust where necessary
• Communicate with a range of stakeholders including clients and team members to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field relating to Construction Management.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry (modular ideally)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
