JDC Building Works Ltd. delivers high-quality modular construction and main contracting services across the UK and Ireland. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and develop our brand across digital platforms, exhibitions, and project communications.
This role suits someone with strong creative instincts, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and a hands-on approach—whether you’re early in your career or bringing experience from another industry.

Marketing Coordinator | Key Responsibilities
- Website Management (WordPress):
Maintain and update our WordPress website, ensuring project pages, service content, and company news are accurate, engaging, and on-brand. - Social Media Coordination:
Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Communicate our project delivery, milestones, and company updates with consistency and professionalism. - Exhibition & Event Support:
Organise logistics, branded materials, and visual assets for trade exhibitions, industry events, and internal presentations. - Graphic Design & Content Creation:
Use tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign or Photoshop to produce brochures, digital ads, site boards, and branded collateral. - Email Marketing:
Assist in developing and executing targeted email campaigns to support business development, recruitment, and client engagement. - Content Development:
Create written content for use across digital and print platforms—ensuring all messaging aligns with JDC’s tone, values, and standards. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with project, estimating, and admin teams to gather content, support campaigns, and coordinate consistent brand communication.
What We’re Looking For
- A good understanding of digital marketing principles and content strategy
- Confident working with WordPress, social media platforms, and scheduling tools
- Competent in using graphic design software such as Canva, InDesign, Photoshop for Marketing Materials
- Strong visual and written communication skills
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable supporting or managing events and exhibitions
- A collaborative, flexible, and proactive team player
Desirable (But Not Essential):
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Awareness of SEO, Google Analytics, or CRM systems
- Previous exposure to the construction or built environment sector
